Shuffle/Repeat All stops automatically after a few songs.

I am trying to use the Clip Jam at work to shuffle and repeat all songs on a constant loop for our phone’s on-hold music. It seems like after playing a few songs it always stops automatically and I have to hit play or unpause the player. I have it plugged in to an AC outlet so it is constantly charged and turned off the sleep timer.

Anyone know what the issue could be? Thanks in advance!

Here are a few ideas to try:

  1. Settings -> System Settings -> Power Saver -> None

  2. Settings -> Music Options -> Repeat -> All

  3. Maybe try creating a Playlist of the audio files you want to play all day. Then use Option Menu for Shuffle On, Repeat On.

  4. Maybe see if you have a few music files that are not compatible or are corrupted (?)
