Refreshing My Media while listening to the fm radio

I recently bought this mp3 player and have had no issues with it until today.  It has been freezing up while I’ve been listening to the fm radio.  I’d have to reboot it just to turn it off.  Then all of my fm presets were deleted.  I’ve formated the player and that still hasn’t solved the problem.  Any suggestions? Please help this is very frustraing.

There’s not much you as a user can do other than format and/or re-load the firmware.

If this hasn’t helped, I would look into filing a warranty claim, provided of course, it is within the time period.
