So i just bought a clip jam today, charged it up, saw it had some songs and podcasts that i didnt want so i fomatted it. Now it won’t come on. Ive tried everything to get it to come on but nothing works. Its fully charged, no sd card in it, and my pc will not reconize it. Did i really just erase everything on it, including the software and firmware? Has anyone come across this type of issue? Any help would be great.
