MobileMate SDDR-103 and SDHC

I know that SDHC is not supported on this reader, but...

I have a new 4GB SDHC card that I formatted in my camera, snapped a few pix and then popped the card into the SDDR-103 and it appeared to work fine. It showed up in windows (Vista) explorer as 4 GB, FAT32 format, and I was able to copy the images from the card, delete the files afterwards, etc.

So what gives? Will I have issues if I put more that 2 GB on it and try to read it? Will it work with any SDHC media, or did I just get lucky with this particular card (pqi brand, class 6)?

Are you sure you don't have an SDDR-104?

It says SDDR-103 right on top of it. I still haven't had the chance to put > 2 GB on it.

Sorry for the late reply, I guess the RSS feed only has notifications of new threads, not new replies so I didn't know there was one.
