Three week wait for a RMA request?

I have a dead SanDisk 8gb SDHC ram card and I've been waiting and waiting to hear back from them but never get no reply. when i goto the support page that I filled out all it says is that my case has been Assigned and it shows what I fill out but no one ever asnwers back. seems a long way for such a simple thing as RMA. I never waited that long for anything in my life.

 

anyone else have the same problem?

try giving them a call 866-sandisk they should be able to see what is going on with your case.

They're usually slow unless you bug 'em on the phone. Get a case # assigned, so you won't have to spell out your name address, letter by letter.


Call the main 1-800 #, choose the RMA status or the such option, then bug 'em on the phone armed with your case #.  It gets things done faster.

Ohh man, ChickenMeat, thanks for your help but this is a old posting and that problem got fixed years ago. you should read the date before replying. anyway I know your heart was in the right place, so thanks.
