Dear All,

We are using the below sd card,

  1. Type: micro SD. Industrial type.

  2. Size: 128GB, Micro XC.

  3. UHS-1, UHS Speed 1, Speed Class 10.

Recently we are facing the below error(Tried in Linux laptop),

[59172.050490] mmc0: card never left busy state [59172.050501] mmc0: error -110 whilst initialising SD card

After the error came, we could able to mount the sd card.

The same SD card we tried on a windows laptop, and it got detected with 30.6MB(which should actually be 128GB). But we cannot able to format it.

Kindly let us know, why this error came and what might be the cause of the issue and how to rectify it.
