Hi Guys,

First time caller.

Just bought a new 32gb Flash Drive.

The computer recognised it in nano seconds but the wireless mouse will not operate with it inserted.

I’ve tried all the simple things but could anyone please give some advice that is not TOO techy?

Hello, 

are you using a USB Hub or something similar? because i have the same issue with USB 3.0 drives with the hub, since they take more power it can be that they disconnect other devices on it in order to work normally.

Hello, 

in that case i suggest trying the drive on another computer to see if the drive is working fine there. if not then the drive seems to be defective and needs to be replaced.
