Hello every body

I have a problem with my new bought SanDisk exteme pro sdxc uhs-I Card 128 GB. In whatever device I put the card it just shows 23 Gb instead of the prommised 128 GB. I also tried to make an other format but without success does somebody has a solution for me or the same problem?

By the way I bought the card in a big retailer store here in Switzerland so im pretty sure it is an orginal product.

thats sounds strange. are you sure that you are using sdxc compatible devices, like camera and reader with the pc. if you are sure that you are using compatible devices you can use the sd formatter to fully restore the card storage area

If you’re still getting this issue, I think the next step here is to return it to the store. They should be able to replace that for you. Make sure you test it first this time.
