If h2testw_1.4 is only showing a maximum of 2GB memory, then the card is fake. Back when 8GB cards were the largest available, hackers would use the cheaper 2GB cards and make them appear as 8GB ones.
If it shows the card to have 8GB of storage (which it does according to your linked-to image of the test results) then it’s probably just defective. There’s no profitable reason to ‘fake’ an 8 gig card with an 8 gig card.
