Hello: 

I have to gift some content on SD Micro Card to my friends for their mobile phone use; but do not want them to copy the content to either PC or transfer by any means to another device and want to restrict it’s movement. Will you please help me how to Block such Copy feature from SD card? Or any other option?

Depending on the type of files they are, you might be able to change the properties to “read-only” in Windows, but as far as I know there is no way to prevent copying the files themselves to another memory location once your friends have the SD card.
