Help- Video shows up on my camera but when I put CF card in computer it is not there.

I shot video clips for a client on my Canon 5D markIII on a SanDisk Extreme PRO 128 GB. I can see the clips when I search in my camera playback but when I put it into my CF reader it is not there. I tried it with a mac through a reader and directly into a PC. Same thing, Any info would be greatly appreciated!
