I’m trying to register my product but recieve no mail confirmations after filling register form. I tried two mail addresses, could you, please, help?

Hey, Even I hav been facing the same issues. Its been almost a week, I havent got my conformation mail yet. This is why I am unable to register my product yet. Any suggestions ?
