V-mate quests.: Video in card's root folder playable? MPEG-4 SP playable?

Am looking at the Fuze+ to use in conjunction with the Sandisk V-mate.  I’d like to just pop the card with recorded video out of the V-mate and directly into the Fuze+.  This wasn’t possible on the Fuze, but was possible on the Connect and View.

  1. The V-mate records into the micro SD card’s root folder.  Will this work?

  2. Besides cellphone and PSP formats (maybe the latter will work from what Kalidor posted here), the V-mate records in MPEG-4 SP.  Will that work?
