SSD failure 1tb

Hi to all

Besides taking my SSD back to place of purchase I am trying to see if there is anything I can do.

OS

Mac Book pro

Disk Utilty shows the SSD is attached but there is no options available.

I was just using the disk and the whole computer crashed :frowning: . 

on restart the rest of the NAS and other gear came back but the SSD did not. the SSD is just greyed out

I was processing Timelapse photography sequences at the time.

Is there any way to recove the SSD? Or do I just get a refund?

H, I really hope your problem got figuered out. I can only recommend to read this article (german but you can easily translate it) for many unasnwered questions of yours. https://www.technikhiwi.de/ssd-festplatte-test/ It helped me a lot with my SSDs.
