I purchased the extreme portable ssd 2TB today. The pamphlet that came with it directs you to two sites, one for installation instructions and one to check for firmware upgrades. Neither of those sites exist and I can find no comparable links on the site Im sent to when I try to go to sandisk.com which is Western Digital. They more than happily will sell it to me but I see no evidence of any true support. Its too late for the chat and there is no chat on the weekends. Some support. Am I missing something? Im ready to return this on principle alone and havent even plugged it on yet. How rude!
