Cruzers with U3

I have a Cruzer Micro 4GB and I used it for the first time in windows 7 yesterday and now U3 won't launch in XP. The autorun window comes up, but when I click on Launchu3.exe a new window opens with no contents. The name of the window is: C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Application Data\U3\2845220C4E93107D. Now it only works with Win7 Anyone have any idea why it won't work in XP anymore?

I've formatted the drive multiple times and reloaded U3 and the same thing happens.
