I had a cruzer titanium with U3 - 1GB that was malfunctioning,
and after receiving return authorization email I shipped my cruzer to the address supplied.
Next I waited to receive a confirmation from the postal service that the item was delivered at its destination,
and then I requested Sandisk support to verify that the item has reached them,
They replied that it was not, and requested that I supply the shipping ID number and so I did,
and that's the last I heard from Sandisk support.
It's been more than a week ago and nothing. No one to answer my application for info.
Now I don't know where It is stuck or why.
Has this happened to someone before ?
Who should I contact to get things going ?
