Recently I purchased three (8,4,2GB) Exteme IV cards from

online stores. I installed the RescuePro software, however,

I cannot complete since none of the software mini CD has

serial numbers. I checked on internet and found out other

people have been having the same problems. Does anyone

know how I can get at leats one serial number for them?

I would be curious to know if the cards you bought were legitimate SanDisk products.  If they were legitimate they should have come with the Rescue Pro serial number.  You will probably need to contact SanDisk's tech support to find out if your products are legitimate.  If they are, I am sure they can give you a code.

Here's a me too... No where was the seriel number found???  Has anyone received any news about this?  Yes this was a ligit purchase.

The Support are suppose to be working for seven days / week, however, I have not got any result.

I contacted with them five days ago.

I registered all of my Extream IV cards with SanDisk. When I got reply mails from them I again told them I had not had any serial numbers

for RescuePro software. Today, I receined a serial number from SanDisk and I have made the RescuePro working on my PC.
