Re: Problems installing Micro driver with WIN98SE

Hi Paul

Did you get the Cruzer working?

If not, it looks like you might have downloaded the wrong driver. Your device manager should show the Cruzer Micro USB Flash-Device not Sandisk ATA Flashdisk.

Let me know if you need help.

Bill

No luck yet.

I thought that I had down loaded the correct driver.

With regards to the ATA Flash disk, I actually

thought it there from when the computer was originally built at the factory, (ie, it is an original, and not custom built).

It was because of the spelling error (Sundisk not Sandisk) that I thought it was from the time it was built.

Not unreasonable I thought that way back in 96/7sh, someone may have spelt Sandisk wrong?

This would mean that the files that I have down loaded from Sandisk have not been installed into my old computer yet. Which as I cant get it recognise the Cruzer would make sense. Unfortunately for me!

Any / all advice welcome.

Thank you

Paul

SanDisk was founded in 1988 as SunDisk Corporation and changed its name to SanDisk Corporation in 1995.

I think this is where you need to start:

http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1092

Let me know how it goes.
