I can open my laptop but it shows black screen, what seems to be the problem on my Acer Aspire V5? Please help me on resolving this issue. Thanks in advance.
Wouldn’t you have better luck posting on the Acer website/forum? Unless someone has the same laptop as you AND has experienced this same issue, I’m not sure anyone here could offer much help other than generic ideas. 
It was fixed already, I have tried to talk to an Acer representative.
