Lady Gaga has every right to sue. Her name is like a trademark and the way the word “Gaga” is spelled is exactly like her name. If it wasn’t meant to make people think of her, then the maker of the ice cream could have spelled it " Ga Ga".
Two questions about this ice cream:
1. Does a person need to be burped after he/she eats it?
2. Who are the people that provide the main ingredient?
For me, she has all the right to sue. She owns that trademark and by using it, it seems you use it with the benefit of attracting customers for free. So the company needs to pay.
Babies have been saying “Ga-ga” for hundreds of years before this Madonna-wannabe decided to use it for her stage name. She has no claim to it.
The fact that she wants to make this an issue further reinforces the fact that she is one of the most (if not THE most) vulgar entertainers (and I use that term extremely loosely since she’s anything but) out there at this time and is doing it simply for the publicity.

Well, she’s getting the attention again for that meat dress. She is a very creative artist and there’s nothing wrong with knowing how to get the media’s attention.
