+1

I don’t don’t know the name but it goes…da da doo da da da da dum da da do day da da dum de day dum…

I don’t have one that I’d call a ‘favorite’, but if I have to pick one, it’d be one that I knew from when I was a kid. It’s an old Vietnamese folk song, “Làng Tôi”, literally translated as “My Village”.

Not the best singer for the song, but you get the gist.

I never ‘got into’ classical music. Probably because I could never remember how to spell their names hahah.

On the topic of musicality, some people don’t ‘get into’ music, period. Like my brother, he doesn’t listen to any music at all. Interesting how tastes differ.

Sounds like a Jazz or early R&B Tune to me. Possibly some Ella or maybe Billie?

One note samba

I was thinking of Ella after reading your reply, GB!!  The video was amazing.  I didn’t know that the performance had been filmed.

If not Ella, I was thinking of the following:

“To be or not to be”  -Shakespeare

“To do is to be”  -Descartes

“To be is to do”  -Sartre

“Do be do be do”  -Frank Sinatra

Bob  :smileyvery-happy:

maybe Blue, from album Europop, made by artist Eiffel 65

I was in the 8th grade when this came out and even then we knew this song was pretty much garbage. Not to say it isnt catchy but it doesnt really have a point.

Changes weekely. This week:

“Sex On Fire” Kings of Leon.

Last week:
“Little Hoodrat Friend” The Hold Steady

At the moment…(changes all the time)

This could be said for a lot of today’s popular music.
