The conflicker virus (worm) has been around for many years, actually. It’s supposedly to go through some activity changes after 1 April.
Solution? Be sure that you have the latest hotfixes installed from Microsoft, and proper antivirus / firewall software.
Then, have a listen to your Sansa instead of fretting over the latest hype.
