128GB SD card, now set to RAW file system and showing no/little storage.
It refuses to format to a different file system in my computer or diskpart.
yes is genuine card and it did work.
Why? and how do i fix?

this sounds like a bad card. RAW just means there is no file system at all. if diskpart or other methods will not complete a format the card would need to be replaced.
I think there is something wrong with the card.
It seems that the card is faulty.
If you still have the warranty period then you would be able to get the file replaced.
