what does synchronize to continue your subscription mean?

I keep getting this message when I try to play songs.  The only songs that seem to work are some that I’ve paid for…but not all do.  The player worked just fine two days before and now all of a sudden it isn’t.  Will i have to format and download all of the songs all over again or what?

yeah, reformat + reload songs…

it actually means that the 30 day license has expired for your subscription music.  Means you need to resynch your music… if that doesnt work, then u have to do the above step.

Could you please explain how exactly to do that (reformat and reload)? I have that message also and thought I would never be able to get the songs back…
