So I got my Sansa Fuze+ today and I accidently managed to charge it for the first time with my Droid charge cable. I did that because I sat them by each other and I’m not use to having another device that uses the same cord, co I just picked that one up thinking that was it. Problem is, I think the Droid charge cable is of a higher voltage than the stock one… and when the charge was finished, I was at a 90% battery life in a matter of 30 minutes, which considering the battery life is supposed to be 24 hours I’m thinking that can’t be good. Did I just screw up my battery or should I be fine?
happens to be too and I’ve only used my Fuze+'s cable and once my cousin’s cell phone charger which was rated for 1000mA.

Well, does it turn on?
The Droid uses USB to charge, just like the Fuze+, so its fine.
Voltage regulation and battery management are controlled automatically by the Fuze+, internally. If it powers up when connected to the Droid (Motorola) Micro USB charger, all is good.
