problem with screen

you can see the screen but some colurs are gone how can i get i back?

have you tried turning off/turning on?
e260 - wobbly headphone jack

Sounds like a defective LCD screen. Call SanDisk support and ask them.

assuming you did not physically crack the screen or anything like that, they just replace players... not fix old ones.

Heck ya, SanDisk just replaces the unit. I bet they have a whole 75 cents in each one Smiley Very Happy
