I got a Sansa m250 a while back and I put some music on it and disconnected it from my computer. Ever since then I haven’t been able to put new music on it make recordings or use the radio.Also when I try connecting it to my computer (which runs windows XP) there is a status message that says “USB mass storage device connection failed”. Can anyone help me?
