The first one quit working within 4 hours of purchase. I thought it was a fluke so I exchanged it. This one worked great, charged it and got my music on it and it played until I turned it off. Now, I plugged it back in to charge it and all I see on the screen is some funky little blue square that resembles a chinese symbol, not the dog that tells me it is charging as it did before. Also, the 2nd time I wrote files to it, the display did NOT tell me it was writing, nor did I get the arrows indicating it was working but the songs still ended up there. So, is my express charging or not?!?!?!
What happens if you unplug it and try to turn it on?
If I unplug it and turn it on, it works fine. I left it plugged in all night and apparently it was charging. I did download the firmware updater and will see what happens. Thanks.
