hi,
i just tried to update my sansa express and a window popped up with an exclimation mark and a white window (with a sansa logo in the top)
another window came up with just yes or no as a button on it, so i hit the yes (thinking it would be an update question)
but it didnt work so well and a red box showed up and now my sansa will not work at all, i have tried the STMP3600 recovery trick but it didnt work on vista.
any other ideas?
