When least expected the music quits playing and a nagging static buzzing sound begins. I have to hold down power button for 30 sec. and press it again to restart. Then the micro sd card takes forever to load. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Could it be the use of the micro sd card or the fact that I keep it hooked to wall outlet all the time at home? Thanks

That looks like a hardware issue to me. But have you checked yet if there's a firmware update available for this model?
