Sansa Fuze not responding to anything !

I was listening to music and I wanted to turn the volume down. But when I tried to change the volume, the screen showed the volume gauge, but completely froze, and won’t respond to anything. It won’t even respond to me holding the power button for 25 seconds. I also tried to plug it into my 360, but wouldn’t respond to that either. To make things worse, it has a almost full battery and it is STILL playing music. Please help, I don’t wanna have to get another MP3 player.

hold the power button untill it turns off. if the power button is not broken it will turn off so dont worry. this will also reset it. typically this take about 30 seconds but dont worry about the time just hold the power button until it turns off

But it woudn’t respond to that either. And since I was unable to turn it off last night, the battery is drained. To make things worse, I went to plug it in for charging, and it won’t charge.

sounds like a hardware issue then. contact sandisk support for warranty.
