Please Help I have Sansa Connect And no Videos work and Sansa Media Convert Does Not work With My Connect?
idk When i Try to add The files just to the video file it say that the file im use cannot be transferred???
What firmware version is on your sansa Connect?
Check Settings>Info>Software Versions
