bedobe, I’m not sure why you’re having this problem, but I can state that I have been able to successfully create a usable playlist on an SDHC card using MediaMonkey.
You may want to use Windows Explorer to see if the playlist is actually on the Clip Zip, even if the firmware may not be seeing it or interpreting it correctly. If it is there, you could open it up in an editor and verify that the song filepaths in it are correct.
