Clip zip does not turn on after soft reset, by holding power button for 30 seconds, then pressing power button. I’ve also tried soft reset with usb connected to laptop, usb connected to wall power source. When device is plugged to wall power source and I hold power button for 30 seconds, a screen with blue and purple lines creating a checkered pattern appears on screen.
Some people have reported that the reset can require holding the power button down for a minute or so–you might try that.
Otherwise, I am concerned that you may have a hardware issue. Are you within the warranty period (1 year U.S., 2 years EU) by any chance?
