pendrive is not showing in file explorer and disk management
but it is shown in device manager
also i cant open in mobile 
I don’t knw about the mobil problem but the Windows problems are tied to the USB Device Properties Status messages.
Have you tried rebooting?
I tried many times reboot and removed the battery but not working
after then I plugged wired mouse then again tried pen drive a surprisingly it works.

Windows does have problems with USB devices conflicting with each other at times.
