 I installed my new Ultra Fit USB 3.0 flash drive. Tried to run : RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win.exe. Update dialoge appeared and I clicked update. I got the failure message:

Failed to start G:/SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win.exe

Didn’t find anything in the forums. Went here:

Clicked the download url, went to my downloads folder, dragged and dropped the SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win.exe file into my flash drive and double clicked. All is well.

I don’t have heat issues mentioned by many others, love the tiny size. Great product!

If you didn’t have any data stored in the security app there should be no issue. Just download v3 from the link you posted above and install it. You will then be running the latest version.

The point was that if you use the app on the drive as purchased, it won’t work. You need to know to go look for the updated software.
