there’s others with the same issue … on amazon as well as here on sandisk (http://forums.sandisk.com/t5/all-sandisk-usb-flash-drives/ultra-fit-32gig-usb-doesnt-play-in-car/td-p/333771). . ) via amazon.com, sandisk was aware of the issue late last year … and was, purportedly, working to resolve the issue.
imagine you might contact sandisk support at 1-866-sandisk … or submit a support request at www.sandisk.com/support. either way … misleading information affects us all.
