Just bought Cruzer Glide 128GB USB 2.0 Flash drive. When I try to launch SanDiskSecureAccessV3.1_win it gets stuck on “Searching for updates…please wait.” Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Are you connected to the 'net when you do this? If so does your system’s security block the device’s attempt to check for an update?
