Scan disk 128 fat32

I tried the HP reformat PGM  and ran it an everything looked good then I opened up Win Explorer and it was still the same 128 fat 32.

So I don’t how that guy who said it worked for him made it.

Maybe because of the new system I built last Nov using a I7-4770 on a DH87MC MB but who knows.

I have another system in my work room witha reg intel 3.2 chip on a normal intel 895 MB w 4 G mem so it might wortk there and then I can use it on my system here???
