Sandisk memory zone can not access "baidunet"

I buy a sandisk dual usb drive (32G) . My purpose is to dowload the movies from my cloud device ( Baidunet , Dropbox , Box ).

Right now , the app can support dropbox & box , However , The BaiduNet can not function & connect . May you pass my request to technical support & make BaiduNet work in the app of "Sandisk memory zine " , Thanks
