Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0 Extremely Slow.!

well, yes i am on USB 3.0 port.

Here are the crystal disk benchmark :-

Read Speed : 30 mb/s and write speed : 28 mb/s

I certainly do not expect such slow speeds because even my USB 2.0 pendrive performs faster than that .!
