SanDisk UltraFit without drive letter

Hi all, I’ve a Ultra Fit 32GB pendrive and it hasn’t been working for 2 months now. When I plug the USB into any PC it can’t be recognized, Windows can’t assign it a drive letter and I have to do it manually by using MiniTool Partition Wizard.

This happens on all windows systems (on linux I have not this problem).

How can I solve?

Thanks.

P.S. I formatted it a lot of times to FAT32 and NTFS, but with both of them I have the same problem.

It can be recognized here, but I can’t open it the explorer (see the attachment).

Use Windows DiskManagement to manually assign a drive letter to the drive.  Something unique like S for Sandisk or U for USB drive.

Windows is notorious for assigning the same drive letter to different removable devices.
