SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 drive not working

I am unable to use my SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0. However, I see that the stick is being detected.

Running ‘$ dmesg’ on Ubuntu gives me the following:

After a while, I see different messages in ‘$ dmesg’  (paste the content below):

Any help in fixing the drive is highly appreciated.

Does it work in a different USB port?  Does it work with a different OS?  Does it work on a different pc?

It doesn’t work on any USB port. It also didn’t work on Windows. Not even on a different PC.

Doesn’t sound good.  You need to return it for a free replacement.
