I am able to see and access files in the SecureAccess Vault when on a Windows computer but not on my Mac despite having just installed the SecureAccess Vault on the Mac. I tried running "Vault Repair" but when I click on the USB Flash Drive icon (which has a red circle with a white cross through it), the following message appears:

Strongly recommend you backup your files on the Windows system that can access them. Then you can experiment with installing the different versions of SecureAccess and seeing what works for you.
