Hi my USB Stick Speed drop from 70Mb/s to 0 after some Seconds...I formatted it to NTFS with Rufus becauce FAT32 don't allow higher than 4GB Files. exFat is the best Option but it won't work fine on Win 7 x32...soo is it normal or damaged and has Anyone a fix ? It happen on all File Sizes, it Drop down and go up again but only to 20MB/s

The extra IO for the journalling is slowing it down.  If you have your Windows configured for USB safety verses performance can impact it also.    I'm pretty sure exFAT worked fine on my Windows 7 system.
