When I connect my pendrive into USB, Windows 7 sent me massage Unknown Device. If I connect this into other computer/radio is same problem.

if the same thing is happening on multiple computers it is a bad drive and will need to be replaced.

You dont need a driver for it. Are you getting any error message?
It also happened to my 8GB SanDisk Cruzer Blade too, kindly need your assistance for this matter.
