SANDISK - USB DRIVE 64GB -NOT ABLE TO FORMAT

Hi

I encountered a failure when copying into my flash drive- When I tryed to copy files it responds the drive is corrupt. The positive side is I could see my files and I am able to download the data and I have back-up now. So the data is not lost.

Now the negative side is I am not able to add or delete files into it as well I am not able to FORMAT. The dos command format render says the device is corrupt.

How do I go further on this.

Depending on how long you have had it you can return it to the seller or to SanDisk for a replacement.
