Hi 

I have a SANDISK ULTRA® DUAL USB DRIVE 3.0 32 GB pen driv and have a Windows 10 Laptop.

Few days back I connected the same to a Macbook and copied some files in it.

After that while trying to connect the same in my Windows Laptop, it is showing capacity of 128MB only.

Even after formatting the same it is showing the same.

Please help me out to solve the same.

It appears something/someone changed the partition table on the drive.  And Windows only sees the 1st partition on a removable drive.  Someone use the drive with a Linux system?

BTW Do not recommend NTFS on flash drives.  FAT32 or exFAT is preferred.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.HERE İS HOW I SOLVED: TYPE  “CMD” İN THE SEARCH BOX, THEN OPEN AS “administrator”, THEN WRİTE “diskpart” AND PRESS ENTER,THEN WRİTE “list disk” AND PRESS ENTER, WRİTE "select disk…(your disk number) AND PRESS ENTER.THEN WRİTE “clean” AND PRESS ENTER. AFTER I DİD THAT, I GOT ERROR,IT DİDN’T FİNİSH CLEANNING,ALTOUGH MY USB APPEARRED ON PC WITH 0 byte.AFTER THAT YOU DOWNLOAD  “HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool” THAT PROGRAM FORMATS YOUR USB AND THAT’S IT.ENJOY.

SORRY, MY USB WASN’T EVEN SHOWED ON PC.YOU CAN SEE IT. SO, YOU JUST DOWNLOAD “HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool” AND FORMAT YOUR USB.SİMPLE.
