Just opened and plugged in new Cruzer Force. Used the exe file as I've done with other devices and it said there was an update available, so I OKd that. Once done, when I open up the Secure Access folder, it just asks for a password and there is no option underneath for Forgotten password. This is a new device that I just opened so there is no password set on it. I tried downloading the exe file again from sandisk support and I replaced the version with the downloaded one but still the same. What do I need to do please?
